### 3. Transfer of Rights
By uploading their musical work(s) on DGSEvent.fr, **the artists transfer to DGSEvent.fr all broadcasting and ownership rights exclusively for online distribution on this platform**. This transfer is non-exclusive and limited to the duration that the music remains online on the site.
Artists retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over their works, except for their distribution on DGSEvent.fr.

**Legal basis:**
According to **Article L. 122-4** of the French Intellectual Property Code, any full or partial reproduction or representation made without the author's consent is unlawful. By accepting these terms, the artist expressly grants this limited right to the platform.

### 4. Download Options
Each artist may choose whether to allow users to download their works. Two options are available:
- **Free download**: The artist allows users to download their music for free.
- **Paid or restricted download**: The artist may restrict downloads of their works or impose financial conditions.

### 5. Rights Declaration and Collaborations
The artist is responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary rights for uploading their works, especially if third parties (collaborators, musicians, producers, etc.) contributed to their creation. The artist must declare that all legal permissions have been obtained.
In case of disputes over the ownership or exploitation of the uploaded works, DGSEvent.fr reserves the right to immediately remove the said works until the conflict is resolved.
